McQuilling products, reports and subscriptions are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The buyer/subscriber to this information (“Client”) agrees to be bound by the terms described herein.
Unless otherwise agreed and stated at the time of sale, all McQuilling products, reports and subscriptions are sold on a single-user basis and are intended for the sole use of the named Client identified in the sale transaction. However, a McQuilling product, report or subscription sold on a single-user basis may be used by up to three individuals, including the Client, from the same company and at the same geographical location as the named Client identified in the sale transaction.
The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access codes, if any, used to access McQuilling products, reports and subscriptions and agrees to advise McQuilling immediately if these are lost, stolen or compromised in any way.
Under no circumstances is any information provided in McQuilling products, reports and subscriptions, printed or electronic, to the Client permitted to be copied, reproduced, forwarded, distributed, broadcast internally within the Client’s organization or externally, without the written permission of McQuilling, except as described in these terms and conditions.
The Client may incorporate insubstantial portions, extracts or summaries of the information contained in McQuilling products, reports and subscriptions in its presentations or reports to its clients in the course of providing management consulting services, so long as McQuilling Services is clearly identified as the source of this information.
If the information provided to the Client as part of the sale is to be used by others in the Client’s organization (beyond three users total), or by users in the Client’s organization in different geographical locations, a multi-use fee shall apply. In this case, a multi-use fee of 50% (fifty percent) of the price of the product, report or subscription (plus applicable taxes), shall apply and will be paid at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing by McQuilling.
Payments for McQuilling products, reports and subscriptions are due upon receipt of invoice by the Client. Interest will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month on any balances not received within 30 days of invoicing.
On breach of these terms of use by the Client, McQuilling reserves the right to terminate access to products, reports and subscriptions without refund of fees paid.
While McQuilling has used reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information in the product, report or subscription sold to the Client, McQuilling makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of any information contained herein or accuracy or reasonableness of conclusions drawn there from. McQuilling Services assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of this report.
Credit Card Privacy
Credit Card purchases made on www.mcquilling.com are processed using a fully audited PCI (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Level 1 Service Provider, which is the most stringent level of security certification available. McQuilling does not capture, retain or possess credit card information at any time.
