Blue Ocean Transfers®
Blue Ocean Transfers, or BOT, will serve the US east coast offshore wind industry, with a fleet of US Flag Jones Act compliant Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs). US-built, crewed and operated, these environmentally focused CTVs will leverage scale, reliability, and versatility to provide competitive hire rates to charters with safe, dependable modern vessels. BOT vessels will evolve from Tier 3diesel propulsion to zero-emission signatures during their deployment. Serving the need for CTVs and other vessels through all project stages, Blue Ocean Transfers is a wholly owned subsidiary of McQuilling Partners, Inc.
